Laboratory

 
Our laboratory is constantly committed in the innovation in order to improve our tools and the way of test execution. The main activities are: new products experimentation, component autoqualification, product constant improvement. Autoqualification is according to the international and car manufacturers' specific rules: part of the project testing,  goes through the choice and planning of the testing tools and ends with tha practical test-execution and the test-report filling-in. Our tools and our engineers' competence enable us to carry out all the mechanical, electrical, thermic, chemical and environmental tests in order to ensure the reliability of our proucts. The Laboratory is registered at the "Anagrafe Nazionale delle Ricerche del Ministero dell'Istruzione, dell'Universitą e della Ricerca" (MIUR) and has positively passed the VW Group Audit that ensures the accurancy of the equipment and the professionality of our staff.

These factors ensure that the customer obtains an excellent "turn-key" product as far as the feasibility, manucfaturing, ergonomic and environmental aspects are concerned.  As co-design partner, SOGEMI has  complete responsibility for design of all products: component selection, prototyping, testing, validation, start up and continuos product improvement.
