Cebi International S.A., the mother company of the group based in the same premises as Cebi Luxembourg S.A., is looking for an administrative assistant trainee for its Project Management Office.

Your Mission:

  • Provide administrative support to the project managers by managing their calendar, and organizing travel arrangements
  • Schedule and prepare meetings or small events
  • Assist in tracking progress by updating the project status
  • Coordinate and distribute project related documentation to stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate communication
  • Complete the review and update of project documentation after each major milestone

Your Profile:

  • High school diploma
  • Organizational and time management skills, prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines
  • Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients
  • Build strong relationships with team members, able to collaborate and work with others
  • Good business English and French (minimum level B2).
