Cebi International S.A., the mother company of the group based in the same premises as Cebi Luxembourg S.A., is looking for an administrative assistant trainee for its Project Management Office.
- Provide administrative support to the project managers by managing their calendar, and organizing travel arrangements
- Schedule and prepare meetings or small events
- Assist in tracking progress by updating the project status
- Coordinate and distribute project related documentation to stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate communication
- Complete the review and update of project documentation after each major milestone
- High school diploma
- Organizational and time management skills, prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines
- Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients
- Build strong relationships with team members, able to collaborate and work with others
- Good business English and French (minimum level B2).
