Through your work, you will play a key role in enabling Cebi to deliver world-class products and services to our global customers , driving growth and profitability for the business.
Your Mission:
- Design and implement IIoT-related PLC (Program Logic Controller) modules to support Industry 4.0 initiatives
- Maintain, administer, and improve existing Industry 4.0 solutions, including PLCs and IIoT Gateways
- Support the deployment of Industry 4.0 solutions across the Cebi Group, ensuring successful implementation and operation
- Collaborate with the team to establish the group's standards for Industry 4.0 solutions, including architecture, systems, software, and hardware
- Ensure the smooth operation of Industry 4.0 solutions in production facilities, proactively identifying and resolving any issues that arise
- Create and maintain technical documentation and reporting to support ongoing maintenance and improvement of Industry 4.0 solutions
- Build strong relationships with industrialization departments and machine suppliers
- Maintain regular contact with industrialization departments of the Cebi Factories and their machine suppliers
- Participate actively in new innovative projects in IoT and automation, contributing your expertise to drive successful outcomes
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or related Engineering Technology degree
- Experience in industrial automation, with a focus on PLC programming and IoT solutions
- Strong understanding of Industry 4.0 concepts, technologies, and trends
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python, C or Javascript
- Hands-on experience with PLCs, HMIs, and industrial communication protocols (e.g., OPC UA, MQTT)
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Aptitude to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
- Self-motivated, curious and proactive
- Passion for innovation and continuous improvement
- Fluent in English, other languages are an advantage
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% of the time, as required by the job
