Your Mission:
- Perform an assessment analysis of the current EDI flows and systems within the group;
- Implement and manage the new global EDI organization;
- Responsible for EDI transactions including purchase orders, acknowledgements, delivery notes, invoices and any other mappings required by the business for EDI transactions;
- Coordinate internal and external EDI flows with local EDI responsible within the Group;
- Manage new EDI connection requests from trading partners ;
- Manage EDI messages for customers, suppliers and Cebi local entities: new request, new implementation message, change message;
- Monitor day to day activities on the Global EDI system;
- Act as the point of contact for all EDI topics;
- Support Cebi local entities on all EDI related matters;
- Maintain documentation and reporting.
Your Profile:
- Good understanding of EDI automotive concepts and standards (EDIFACT, ODETTE, VDA, ANSI);
- Basic understanding of Telecom, Networking (TCP/IP) and Microsoft Windows Server/Client technology;
- Strong experience in implementing EDI Guidelines and checking for data integrity;
- Project Management task tracking and follow-up;
- Good communication skills (written and verbal) to ensure ability to write test plans and test cases and to communicate issues to developers and other stakeholders;
- Solving of technical problems in regards to the test plan parameters;
- Stress resistant
- Ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables;
- Enthusiastic team player;
- Fluent in English, good working knowledge in French.
