You will lead the IT Department of a small team focused on providing excellent service to their internal and external stakeholders. In this role, your main responsibility will be to provide expertise on all aspects of the internal IT infrastructure (Workplace, Servers, Network and Storage) and assure its availability.

Your mission

  • Manage the internal IT Team
  • Manage IT budget
  • Coordinate strategy & capacity planning
  • Ensure the availability of the internal IT platform (Run)
  • Participate in the company projects (Change)
  • Manage the team of two developers and participate to the development of the in-house ERP, using RPG on AS400
  • Manage the relation with external partners
  • Ensure governance and documentation

Your profile:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences
  • Minimum of 10 years professional experience as an IT Engineer
  • Good experience in managing small IT team in charge of the IT infrastructure
  • Technical expertise in all IT areas (Systems, Storage, Network, Security, Collaboration tools)
  • Strong experience in projects management
  • Solid experience in IBM Power/ AS 400, including development in RPG
  • Solid experience in managing Windows environment (Server & Desktop)
  • Good knowledge of virtualization (VMware, Nutanix)
  • Good Knowledge of Network & Security
  • Good provider management incl. procurement know-how
  • Previous experience in the automotive industry is an advantage
  • You are service and client-oriented, a self-starter, quick learner, results and quality oriented
  • Capable of working under pressure
  • Structured and organized
  • Proactive and autonomous
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Database knowledge (MS-SQL) is a plus
  • Lotus Domino / Notes experience is an advantage
  • Call Manager knowledge (Alcatel) is a plus
