Your Mission
- Maintain and administer our world-wide network based on Cisco (LAN, WLAN, WAN (internet/leased L2 lines) and all the different layers between them)
- Support datacenter network tasks in a highly available operational context
- Assist in disaster recovery operations
- Maintain firewalls
- Manage security aspects based on our SIG web proxy and MFA solution (both Cisco)
- Taking part of the implementation of an SD-WAN project
- Monitor the different network related issues
- Protect data by coordinating, planning, and implementing network security measures
- Apply security best practices on each network
- Replace faulty network hardware components when required
- Level 2 support with the Service Desk team
- Documentation and reporting
Your Profile
- BAC+3 in Computer Science is a big+
- 2 years' experience in a similar position
- Any certification in "mainstream" IT software is always a big+
- You understand ITIL processes
- You are committed to understand how "it" works
- Hence, you are not afraid not understanding something. On the opposite, you take it as a challenge
- Highly motivated, you never give up when something is not working. The more it resists, the more you want to resolve it
- You have an open "wanting to learn" mindset
- You present excellent communication skills
- In the same spirit as above, you like to share what you learn with others
- You appreciate working alone but also as part of a member of a team, in collaboration with others
- You are resistant to stress. You present an assertive and. most importantly, positive attitude
- You are fluent in French and have a good knowledge in English
