Your Mission

Integration of the Quality Management System Software

  • Select and promote a cross-company QMS software solution;
  • Plan and monitor the software implementation process based on detailed mapping of Cebi's best practices;
  • Lead the QMS software implementation and sustain the integration of the Quality Management System;
  • Visit the Cebi plants in order to support the local QMS software migration by tutoring local Quality and IT team;
  • Organize and support the training of the correct functions in all aspects related to the new software solutions;
  • Follow-up the QMS software implementation within the Cebi plants according to schedule and targets (cost, timing, quality standards, contract...) defined by the top management.

Administration of the Quality Management System Software

  • Once the software is implemented, support the local teams for the management of the software;
  • Promote an integrated Quality Management System;
  • Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to show the evidence of deep implementation;
  • Ensure the correct updating of the QMS software solution across the plants;
  • Participate and support the local teams for best practices diffusion;
  • Control and improve software functions KPIs to maintain the best level of efficiency of the software;
  • Collect information from the plants in order to propose/negotiate software improvements with the software supplier.

Your Profile

  • Relevant Manufacturing / Engineering Degree is preferred;
  • Software Integration experience in quality department as QMS Administrator and/or Trainer or Quality Manager or Quality Engineer;
  • Proven experience in the automotive sector;
  • Strong knowledge of the latest automotive tools and techniques (8D, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, SPC...);
  • Project Management skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent organization and follow-up skills;
  • Competent in problem solving, planning and decision making;
  • Available for frequent travels;
  • Very good business English is mandatory. The knowledge of Italian, Spanish, Polish, Portuguese or Chinese are individually an asset.
