Your Mission:
We’re looking for a motivated trainee to support the development and improvement of our IT Service Desk tools and processes through two main areas of focus: GLPI / ITSM and IAM / ADManager Plus.
The first part of the internship will focus on configuring and improving key GLPI modules to support IT service management, asset management, and configuration management activities.
The second part will focus on improving Identity and Access Management processes, particularly Joiner-Mover-Leaver workflows, access governance, reporting, and automation using ADManager Plus.
This internship offers hands-on experience with ITSM and IAM tools and processes in an international IT environment.
What you’ll do
GLPI / ITSM - 50%
- Configure and test key GLPI modules, including Asset Management, CMDB, Problem Management, Change Management, and Contract Management.
- Help structure asset and configuration data, workflows, and operational documentation.
- Support user acceptance testing, rollout activities, and user guidance for the configured modules.
IAM / ADManager Plus - 50%
- Review current IAM and Joiner-Mover-Leaver practices and support standardized lifecycle workflows in ADManager Plus.
- Support access governance activities, including user and group inventory, access reviews, ownership, and lifecycle reporting.
- Configure and test workflows, templates, and reports under supervision, and document potential automation and process improvement opportunities.
Your Profile:
What we’re looking for
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of IT service management, Active Directory, or Identity and Access Management concepts.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to tasks.
- Clear and professional communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn new tools and technologies.
- Comfortable working with different stakeholders in an international environment.
- Languages: English and French required.
