Collection and use

When you send us a resume or a cover letter to apply online, we use your information to define matching job opportunities.

Cebi generally collects only the personal information necessary to complete your demand. Where optional or additional information is needed, you will be notified at the point of collection.

Cebi only collects "sensitive" personal information when the concerned individuals voluntary give us this information or where such information is required or permitted to be collected by law or by professional standards. Sensitive information includes personal information regarding a person's ethnicity race, trade union membership, political/ religious or similar beliefs, physical or mental health, sexual life or criminal record. Website visitation tracking

Like most websites, our website uses Google Analytics to track users' interaction. We use this data to determine the number of people visiting our website to better understand how they find and use our web pages and to see their browsing through our pages.

Contact forms and email links

Should you choose to contact us using our contact form or an email link, none of the data that you supply will be stored by this website of passed to/ be processed by any third party data processors defined in section 5. Instead the data will be collated into an email and sent to us over the Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP). Our SMTP servers are protected by TLS (sometimes known as SSL) meaning that the email content is encrypted using SHA-2, 256-bit cryptography before being sent across the Internet. The email is then decrypted by our local computers and devices.
