Job Content & Responsibilities

• 参与新供应商评价、选择和认可，参与新零件PPAP认可前质量问题的反馈，负责所有阶段PPAP认可时的试装结果评价。Participate in the evaluation, selection and approval of new suppliers and the feedback of quality problems found before the PPAP approval for new parts and evaluate trial assembly results during the PPAP approval in all phases;
• 负责供应商原材料PPAP认可后，日常质量问题的反馈、不良品处理、问题整改及有效性跟踪，措施落实有效性现场确认。Responsible for the feedback of daily quality problems in raw materials supplied after the PPAP approval, handling of nonconforming products, tracking of corrective actions and the effectiveness of these actions and on-site confirmation on the effectiveness of these actions;
• 负责PPAP认可后的供应商零件的质量优化推动（如修模申请）和供应商措施落实有效性的跟踪。Promote the optimization of quality of parts supplied after the PPAP approval (such as mold repair application) and track the effectiveness of actions implemented by suppliers;
• 负责主管零件的进料、过程、成品、售后质量的监控和相关检验文件的编制、更新工作, 负责指导检验员及生产人员的培训工作。Monitor the quality of incoming materials, processes, finished products and after-sales services of parts falling within the scope of responsibility, prepare and update relevant inspection documents and guide the training for QC and production personnel;
• 负责所辖零件一次合格率的提升及成本优化提出可行性建议，列出改进措施并跟踪措施有效性 Provide feasible suggestions on the improvement of the one-time inspection passing rate and cost optimization of parts falling within the scope of responsibility, put forward corrective actions and track the effectiveness of these actions;
• 负责客户端新零件产品开发的质量策划和PPAP/EMPB提交；Responsible for quality planning and PPAP/EMPB submissions for new parts development for customers;
• 负责成品生产过程制造、客户投诉、0公里、售后件质量问题的质量分析和不合格品的处理，质量改善计划的执行和实施、质量改进的跟踪以及质量问题的最终关闭；Analyze quality problems found in production, customer complaint, zero kilometer and aftermarket parts of finished products and dispose of non-conforming products, implement quality improvement plans, track quality improvement and finally close quality problems;
• SKD件质量问题对应及与国外联络 Responsible for response to quality problems of SKD parts and the contact with overseas entities;
• 负责所辖产品检治具的制作、评估和验收，相关操作指导书的制作和人员培训。Responsible for the making, assessment and acceptance of checking fixtures and jigs of products falling within the scope of responsibility, the preparation of relevant standard operating procedures and the personnel training;
• 其它部门协调的相关工作、部门主管或公司上级领导交代的工作。Provide assistance for work of other departments and complete the work assigned by the department head or the superiors.

职能权限：

Functions & Powers

• 对产品质量的判定标准具有决定权 To decide on the quality judgment criteria for products;
• 有权对生产过程中违反工艺规范的现象或人员提出处理意见，并且有权监督和阻止 To provide opinions on dealing with the practices or persons that violate process specifications in the production process and supervise and prevent such violation;
• 发现批量不合格品时，有权通知有关单位进行处理，在未有纠正措施前有权提出停产意见 To notify the relevant entity to take actions when finding a large number of non-conforming products and put forward opinions on suspension of production before corrective actions are taken;
• 有权对生产过程中与产品质量有影响的工序提出完善的方案，并指导实施 To put forward complete plans for processes influencing the quality of products in the production process and guide the implementation thereof

任职资格：

Qualifications

• 本科以上学历 Bachelor's degree or above
• 机电及其他相关专业 Electromechanical engineering or other related majors
• 熟悉ISO/TS16949质量体系、质量管理、Formel-Q Familiarity with the ISO/TS 16949 quality system, quality management, and Formel-Q
• 3年以上工作经验 More than 3 years' work experience
• 了解相关机电产品的专业知识、理解掌握产品的工作模式、全面详细的生产过程与客户的使用需求 Understanding of professional knowledge about electromechanical products, understanding and mastery of the work modes of products, comprehensive and detailed production process and the customer's use requirements
• 理解产品安全法和产品责任法 Understanding of product safety laws and product liability laws
• 熟练使用WORD,EXCEL等办公软件和SPSS等统计软件，具备基本的网络知识，具备熟练的英语应用能力、了解和掌握汽车行业质量管理体系能力、各种质量管理工具、APQP/PPAP/FMEA/MSA/SPC工具、VDA6.3/6.5、Formel-Q、QSB+、BIQS、Q1 MSA、质量管理能力等 Proficiency in using office software such as WORD and EXCEL and statistical software such as SPSS, basic network knowledge, a good command of English and understanding and mastery of quality management system ability of the automobile industry, quality management tools, APQP/PPAP/FMEA/MSA/SPC tools, VDA6.3/6.5, Formel-Q, QSB+, BIQS, Q1 MSA and other quality management abilities
• 具有统计分析的能力、判断能力、人际能力、沟通能力、影响力、计划与执行能力 Statistical analysis ability, judgment ability, interpersonal competence, communication skills, personal influence and planning and execution skills
