Your Mission:
The Business Applications Trainee assists in implementing and managing business applications from an IT perspective. He/She collaborates with the business, the IT Infrastructure department and the software providers for all IT related topics.
Your Responsabilities:
The Trainee will help with the implementation and administration of business applications, and support end-user across the global Cebi organization.
Create different AI agents using Microsoft Copilot
Migrate data from one application to another in the Quality department
Participate in the Microsoft SharePoint implementation project
Assist in integrating the software applications in the IT architecture (installation, performance, security, backup…) with the support of the Business Applications team
Monitor applications, document and analyze issues
Help plan, coordinate, test and communicate application upgrades, maintenance activities and changes
Support, maintain, and administer business applications under supervision
Work closely with the Application Owners to maintain and improve the business applications
Collaborate with the corporate Information Security Manager to ensure compliance with information security standards and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) EU 2016/679
Manage user accounts and access rights
Administrate the application-related databases
Perform some small developments to provide additional features to existing applications
Assist in executing new projects under the guidance of the Project Manager
Provide level 2 support (level 1 support performed by the local Key users)
Coordinate level 3 support with software providers
Help manage risks, issues and opportunities
Maintain documentation related to application installation, administration, support and projects.
Customize and improve reports within the Quality business applications to better meet user and management needs
Collaborate with end-users to gather requirements for new or modified reports
Test and validate report outputs to ensure accuracy, reliability, and usability
Develop scripts or workflows to automate routine monitoring and operational tasks for business applications
Identify and implement additional monitoring metrics (e.g., application performance, error rates, user activity)
Set up automated alerts and dashboards to proactively detect issues
Your Profile:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
Knowledge in software development and functional analysis
Basic knowledge in database administration
Basic knowledge in operating systems (Windows and Linux)
Basic knowledge in cloud computing
Able to provide customer service and work well with diverse stakeholders
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Self‐motivated, able to work independently and takes initiative
Ability to multitask in a fast‐paced environment
Attention to detail

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Languages: Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
