Through your work, you will play a key role in enabling Cebi to deliver best-in-class products and services to customers worldwide, driving growth and profitability for the business.
Your Mission:
- Technical responsibility for product including design (info: Skills to use Catia but no design but also to guide the designer)
- Participate in technical meetings with customers & justify technical decisions
- Establish design follow-up (customer and internal design team)
- Prepare compliance matrix for verifying technical requirements
- Coordinate internal activities with: process, quality, costing, validation/laboratory team and production plant
- Preparing Product Bill of Material
- Pilot Design FMEA & Participate in the Process FMEA preparation
- Lead redaction of Design Procedures and internal technical standards
- Lead customers visits at Cebi and externally
- Actively participate in new innovative projects for products development, contributing with expertise to drive successful outcomes
- Responsible of project timing
- Responsible of project budget follow up (including investments and direct cost)
Your Profile:
- Master’s degree in mechanical engineering, Mechatronics or a related field;
- alternatively, a technical school diploma combined with significant additional professional experience.
- 3+ years’ experience in automotive: plastic parts or systems, actuators, sensors
- Strong understanding of plastic Injection process. Knowledge of mold concepts and ability to follow molds manufacturing will be a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
- Self-motivated, curious and proactive, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Fluent in English. Additional languages would be plus (German, French, Italian)
