Cebi Brasil is looking for a Product Analyst.

Your mission:

  • Play a strategic role in the development of automotive products, ensuring innovation, quality and competitiveness, with a focus on engineering thermoplastics and advanced manufacturing processes.

  • Develop automotive products using engineering thermoplastics.

  • Perform material characterization and basic testing, including filler content, shrinkage and thermal stabilization.

  • Create CAD/CAE designs using Catia, NX and SolidWorks.

  • Use injection molding flow analysis tools such as Moldflow or Moldex3D.

  • Ensure the correct application of GD&T.

  • Monitor plastic injection molding and mold-making processes.

  • Provide support for welding processes, including vibration, hot plate, infrared, ultrasonic and InfraStake, and for assembly processes involving inserts and gaskets.

  • Ensure compliance with automotive quality systems, including IATF 16949 and ISO 9001.

  • Promote workplace safety in accordance with NR 12.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of products and processes.

  • Manage project schedules and financial constraints.

Your profile: 

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or a related field.

  • Fluent in English.

  • Proven experience in automotive product development.

  • Expertise in engineering thermoplastics and polymers, including PP, glass-fiber-reinforced PA66 and ABS.

  • Proficiency in Catia, NX or SolidWorks and knowledge of Moldflow or Moldex3D.

  • Knowledge of GD&T, plastic injection molding, mold-making, welding and assembly processes.

  • Knowledge of automotive quality systems, including IATF 16949 and ISO 9001.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and MS Project. VBA knowledge is an advantage.

  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and experience in 3D metrology.

  • Ability to manage multidisciplinary projects.

  • Attention to detail, quality focus, initiative, responsibility and effective time management.

  • Strong analytical, synthesis and communication skills, with the ability to work in an international and multidisciplinary environment.
