Cebi International S.A., the mother company of the group based in the same premises as Cebi Luxembourg S.A., is looking for - Continuous Improvement Trainee

Your mission:

As a Continuous Improvement Trainee, you will support the deployment and implementation of the CLEAR 2.0 Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement framework across Cebi Group, with an initial focus on Cebi Luxembourg and Cebi Motors (Italy).

You will actively contribute to LEAN and continuous improvement projects linked to the seven CLEAR pillars (Cost & Cash, Manufacturing, People, Service Level, Quality, HSE, Innovation), supporting local teams, pillar owners, and the Corporate Operational Excellence core team in driving performance and embedding a culture of operational excellence.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting Continuous Improvement and LEAN initiatives by assisting pillar owners and site leaders in implementing standards, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Participating in Kaizen / LEAN workshops and contributing to follow-up actions and reporting.
  • Collecting and analyzing data (KPIs), tracking improvements, and supporting dashboards to monitor progress.
  • Assisting in problem-solving activities by applying structured CI & LEAN tools (root cause analysis, PDCA, 5 Why, A3 thinking, TIMWOODS) to support local teams in addressing blockers.
  • Identifying and sharing best practices and improvement ideas across sites to strengthen the culture of excellence.
  • Contributing to project management tasks such as planning, monitoring, and documentation of CI initiatives.

Your profile: 

  • Background in Industrial Engineering, Business, Quality, Continuous Improvement, or LEAN Management (student or recent graduate).

  • Familiarity with LEAN principles, Six Sigma, World Class Manufacturing (WCM), or other CI methodologies is a strong asset.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions.
  • IT skills: MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of Power BI or data visualization tools is a plus.
  • Strong curiosity and motivation to learn in an industrial and international environment.
  • Team spirit, good communication skills, and problem-solving mindset.
  • Proactive, hands-on, and adaptable in a multicultural context.

  • Languages: Fluent in English (spoken & written). Other languages such as French, Italian, Spanish, Polish, Portuguese, or Chinese are an asset.

  • Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
