Your Mission:
We are looking for a motivated trainee to actively participate in the migration from an existing to a new IT system monitoring solution. This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in system monitoring, infrastructure management, and project execution in a dynamic international environment.
Contribute to the analysis phase, reviewing technical details with the internal IT Infrastructure team.
Participate in the migration of IT assets, including:
Virtual machines
Hypervisor layer
Servers and generic hardware
Services and applications
Support the testing and validation of the new monitoring platform.
Assist in the documentation of processes, configurations, and guidelines for stakeholders.
Help drive user adoption by ensuring that different stakeholders start to use the new monitoring system by the end of the internship.
Your Profile:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science or IT Infrastructure, Systems Engineering or a related field.
- Knowledge in System monitoring tools, Virtualization technologies, Operating systems
- Analytical mindset and ability to understand technical architectures.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Able to provide customer service and work well with diverse stakeholders
- Self‐motivated, able to work independently and takes initiative
- Attention to detail
- Willingness to learn new skills quickly
- Languages : English and French required
