Your Mission:
We’re looking for a motivated trainee to help drive the migration from our current IT monitoring tool to a new, modern monitoring platform. This is a hands-on opportunity to build practical skills in system monitoring, infrastructure operations, and project delivery within a fast-paced, international environment.
What you’ll do
- Support the analysis phase: review requirements and technical details together with our IT Infrastructure team.
- Contribute to the migration of IT assets to the target solution, including:
- Virtual machines
- Infrastructure hardware
- Services and applications
- Help test and validate the new monitoring platform (functionality, coverage, and reliability).
- Create clear documentation: processes, configurations, and guidelines for different stakeholders.
- Drive adoption: support stakeholders in transitioning to the new tool and ensure it’s actively used by the end of the internship.
Your Profile:
What we’re looking for
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT Infrastructure, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- Good analytical skills with the ability to understand IT architectures.
- A collaborative mindset with clear and professional communication skills.
- Comfortable providing customer-focused support and working with diverse stakeholders in an international context.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with a strong sense of ownership.
- High attention to detail and a structured approach to tasks.
- Eager to learn and able to pick up new skills quickly.
- Languages: English and French required.
