To support the strategic development of our Sales & Marketing team, Cebi International is looking for a dynamic and motivated Market Strategy Analyst Trainee for a 6-month internship at our headquarters in Luxembourg.


In this role, you will play a key part in driving market intelligence and strategic planning to support business growth and competitive advantage. You will conduct market research, develop market models, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business strategies with market opportunities. 

Your Mission

Market Analysis & Research:

  • Conduct detailed market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
  • Analyze market data to generate insights on industry dynamics, customer preferences, and emerging market segments.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on market conditions, trends, and forecasts.

Strategic Planning Support:

  • Collaborate with the Corporate Sales & Marketing Manager to develop and refine business strategies.
  • Support the creation of business plans and market entry strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to optimize product positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.

Market Modeling & Forecasting:

  • Develop and maintain market models to forecast future trends and performance.
  • Use quantitative and qualitative data to support scenario planning and decision-making.
  • Monitor KPIs to track market trends and adjust strategies as needed.

Competitor Analysis:

  • Conduct comprehensive competitor analysis to assess market positioning, strengths, weaknesses, and strategies.
  • Track competitor activities and provide actionable insights to inform the company’s competitive strategy.
  • Prepare competitive intelligence reports and presentations for senior management.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with sales, product development, and marketing teams to integrate market insights into business operations.
  • Assist in the development of marketing campaigns and product launches based on market intelligence.

Reporting & Communication:

  • Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and executive summaries on market trends, competitive analysis, and strategic initiatives.
  • Communicate findings and strategic recommendations to key stakeholders, including senior management.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data and trends.
  • Proficiency in market research tools, data analysis software, and statistical methods.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and project management skills.
  • High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software.
  • High degree of initiative, structured working style, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-oriented mindset, team spirit, and enthusiasm for innovation.
  • Fluent in English (French is a plus).
