Job content & Responsibilities

产品设计
Product design

• 进口产品/零件技术理解及转化，Technical understanding and transformation of imported products/parts;
• CKD零件的国产化开发及其验证，Domestic development of CKD parts and the verification thereof;
• 新产品的设计开发及其验证，Design and development of new products and the verification thereof;
• 新产品的过程开发及其验证，Process development of new products and the verification thereof;
• 编制材料测试计划/产品工程试验规划，Preparation of materials test plans/product engineering test plans;
• 编制产品BOM表，产品标准/图纸及其他技术文件；Preparation of BOM, product standards/drawings and other technical documents;
• 与客户技术人员进行技术交流；Technical communication with the customer's technical personnel;
• 量产中产品的技术支持；Technical support for products during mass production

项目管理
Project management

• 向项目经理汇报 Report to the project manager;
• 负责未开发项目的工程概念设计以支持项目获取流程 Responsible for the engineering concept design of projects that have not been developed, to support the acquisition of the projects;
• 配合销售部门，对接到报价的项目进行产品分解，参与新产品成本分析 Cooperate with the sales department to break down the cost of products of projects for which a quotation is received and participate in the cost analysis of new products;
• 项目推进过程中的进度跟进，内部工作的协调，从产品开发跟踪至OTS结束 Track the progress of projects from the product development to the completion of OTS and coordinate the internal work;
• 建立与维护产品APQP/PPAP资料 Establishment and maintenance of product APQP/PPAP documents;
• 项目经理/部门经理安排的其他工作 Complete other work assigned by the project manager/department manager

.职能权限

Functions & Powers

• 有权对技术开发和生产过程中所需的设备、原辅材料提出技术性意见。To provide technical opinion on equipment and raw and auxiliary materials required for technical development and production
• 有权要求相关部门及时配合协作。To require the related departments to cooperate in a timely manner

任职资格

Qualifications

• 大专以上学历 Associate degree or above
• 机械制造相关专业 Majors related to machinery manufacturing
• CAD\CATIA\UG软件 CAD\CATIA\UG software
• 一年以上汽车行业相关工作经验，了解产品开发流程 More than one year's experience in the automobile industry and knowledge of product development process
• 对工程制图有一定认知、对常用塑料及金属材料有一定了解 Basic knowledge of engineering drawing and the common plastics and metal metallic materials
• APQP管理流程、项目管理、统计技术运用 APQP management process, project management and application of statistical techniques
• 善于沟通和协作，富有团队合作精神 Good communication and collaboration skills and good teamwork spirit
