To support its growth, Cebi Luxembourg S.A. is recruiting a Sales Support Specialist.

Your Mission

You support the commercial success of Cebi Luxembourg by working closely with our Front Offices in the regions, close to customers.

At the interface between General Management, Sales, Engineering, and internal functions, you ensure that RFQs, pricing, and commercial data are managed efficiently and contribute directly to winning business.

The position reports to the Head of Sales.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage RFQs end-to-end in coordination with regional Front Offices
  • Contribute to the preparation of competitive commercial offers with Sales and Engineering
  • Ensure accurate pricing and consistency across systems and customer platforms
  • Monitor pipeline and KPIs, providing clear and structured insights
  • Maintain reliable commercial data and support contract management
  • Contribute to budget follow-up and performance analysis
  • Support ongoing business and customer topics with internal teams
  • Occasionally join customer meetings together with Front Offices
  • Identify and drive improvements in processes and tools

What We Are Looking For?

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales support, commercial operations, or similar roles
  • Solid understanding of RFQ processes, pricing, and commercial data
  • Interest in and understanding technical products (industrial/automotive environment is a strong advantage)
  • Strong communication skills in an international context
  • Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable with Excel, CRM, ERP systems
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
