The Business Controller will act as a strategic partner to the management team, providing financial insights and analysis to support decision-making, improve performance, and ensure financial integrity across operations.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis 

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
  • Analyze variances between actuals, budget, and forecasts, and provide actionable insights.

Controlling & Reporting 

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and group-level stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and group reporting standards.

Business Partnering 

  • Collaborate with operational departments (production, purchasing, R&D) to monitor KPIs and drive cost efficiency.
  • Support investment decisions and project evaluations with financial modeling and ROI analysis.

Process Improvement 

  • Identify and implement improvements in financial processes and systems.
  • Contribute to digitalization and automation initiatives within the finance function.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in controlling, ideally in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
  • Fluency in English and French.
